Please only invite PayHero Support if we've requested access beforehand.
If PayHero Support has requested login access to your company, head to Manage > Admins and click the green plus button in the top left.
In the bottom left of the popup window that appears, click Invite PayHero Support.
Confirm by clicking the green Invite PayHero Support button again on the following screen.
Make sure to let us know once you've sent us the invite!
Once we've accepted it, PayHero Support will have admin access to your account. This will be removed after a period of inactivity, or you can remove our access at any time by clicking on PayHero Support in Manage > Admins, then on the red Remove Access button.
